A Theatre Group, a Colorado 501(c)(3) organization ("ATG") provides this website, all the content under this domain, and its services to you subject to the following conditions.

A Theatre Group PRIVACY POLICY

A Theatre Group will not sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your consent. It is our overriding privacy principle that any personal information you provide to us is sacrosanct. We do not presume that you are granting us permission to share your personal information with third parties wanting to sell you products or services that you have not requested. A Theatre Group may need to purge information from its system from time to time, and does not promise to keep any information beyond what is required by applicable law or regulation.

INFORMATION DESIGNATED AS PUBLIC

Unless you request otherwise, we may display your name as a demonstrate of community support for A Theatre Group. In the past ATG has listed member's and supporter's names in programs, on this web page or in other venues or documents as part of fund raising efforts. Even when you give us permission to make certain information public, we will still protect the information designated private (such as your name, address, zip/postal code, email address, telephone numbers, Internet Protocol address, etc.) from being disclosed.

A Theatre Group is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. These terms are in addition to any other terms governing access to the Website. By visiting (in any manner) the Website you accept these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Each party agrees that any suit, action or proceeding brought by such party against the other in connection with or arising from the Terms of Service ("Judicial Action") shall be governed by the law of the state of residence of the registered Administrative Contact (the "Admin State") for the Website as such laws are applied to agreements between Admin State residents entered into and performed entirely within the Admin State. The visitor to the Website consents to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts within the Admin State. The visitor to the Website consents to the venue in any action brought against him in connection with breaches of these Terms of Service.
